Paula Byrne

Paula is committed to whole hearted living and endeavours to support others in understanding this way of being. She has tried to cultivate a more holistic approach to daily life by forming habits that nourish her mind, body and spirit as best she can.

Paula has a passion for dance and movement and has been involved in many local initiatives over the years. In 2011 she commenced an M.A. in Dance which resulted a research project based on the positive impact of creative movement on women’s well-being. This marked the beginning of her journey into learning about mindfulness and self-care. She further developed this interest by undertaking a one-day Mindful Movement workshop in 2015 and participated in the 8-week MBSR (Mindful based stress reduction course) for self-development in 2016 and also a 3-day workshop in the Therapeutic use of Mindfulness. Most recently Paula has been awarded Certificates in Meditation Teaching, Chair Yoga and Human Holistic Development.

Paula is dedicated to holding space for others in order for them to enhance their own wellbeing, self-care and self- development. She is very grateful to be a part of this online event.
